The Whisperers Group™ is an education, certification, and membership organization for residential professionals.

We develop and maintain the Land Whispering™ method, teach and certify qualified professionals, provide member education and resources, establish program standards, and maintain a public directory of Certified Land Whisperers™.

The Whisperers Group™ is not an architecture, engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, construction, development, interior design, real estate, or other professional-services practice.

Land Whispering™

Land Whispering™ is a structured pre-design method for studying the property, understanding the homeowner, and documenting pre-design priorities.

Land Whispering™ education, certification, terminology, standards, materials, and related intellectual property are developed and administered by The Whisperers Group™.

Certification does not constitute professional licensure and does not expand the legal scope, qualifications, or authority of any member.

Independent Certified Land Whisperers™

Certified Land Whisperers™ listed on this website operate independently through their own businesses.

They are not employees, partners, agents, representatives, franchisees, or joint venturers of The Whisperers Group™ solely because of their certification or membership.

Each Certified Land Whisperer™ remains independently responsible for:

• professional qualifications
• licenses
• registrations
• insurance
• contracts
• fees
• taxes
• legal compliance
• professional services
• recommendations
• work product
• client relationships
• professional judgment

The Whisperers Group™ does not supervise, direct, control, warrant, or guarantee the professional services of independent members.

Public Directory

The website may include a directory of Certified Land Whisperers™.

The directory is provided to help users identify independent professionals who have satisfied current certification and membership requirements.

Directory inclusion does not constitute:

• a guarantee of a member’s services
• a guarantee of professional competence for a particular project
• a recommendation for a specific homeowner or property

• verification of insurance coverage

The Whisperers Group™ is not a party to agreements between homeowners and Certified Land Whisperers™.

Certification Applications

• continued certification status

Any changes will apply in accordance with the governing certification or membership agreement.

Member Accounts

The Whisperers Group™ does not process payments between homeowners and independent Certified Land Whisperers™.

Members establish and collect their own professional fees directly from their clients.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and materials provided by The Whisperers Group™ are owned by or licensed to The Whisperers Group, LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Protected materials may include:

No person may use these marks in a manner that suggests certification, endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or authorization without permission from The Whisperers Group™.

Certified members may receive limited permission to use designated marks according to current membership, certification, and brand standards.

Such permission does not transfer ownership and may end when certification, membership, or authorization ends.

Limited Website License

Subject to these Terms, The Whisperers Group™ grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the public website for lawful personal or professional informational purposes.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:

• sublicensed
• uploaded to public repositories
• distributed to non-members
• incorporated into competing educational programs
• used to train or certify third parties
• reproduced as substantially similar proprietary products

Client-facing materials may be used only as authorized by current member guidelines.

User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to the website, directory, certification program, or member area, you retain ownership of content you independently own.

You grant The Whisperers Group™ a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, store, and process that content as reasonably necessary to:

• administer the applicable program
• provide website functionality
• maintain directory profiles

• maintain organizational records
• operate membership services

Public directory content may be displayed publicly for as long as the applicable profile remains active.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Whisperers Group, LLC and its members, managers, founders, representatives, and contractors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• your unlawful use of the website
• your violation of these Terms
• content you submit
• your infringement of another party’s rights
• false claims regarding certification, membership, or affiliation

This provision does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute relating solely to use of the public website that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless applicable law requires another forum.

Separate certification, membership, purchase, or other written agreements may contain their own dispute-resolution provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

Failure by The Whisperers Group™ to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing use of the public website.

Separate written certification, membership, enrollment, purchase, or licensing agreements continue to govern those specific relationships.
